Datuk Abdul Latiff is the Chairman of Mutiara.com Sdn Bhd and he is also a Deputy Chairman of JKP Sdn Bhd.He also sit as a Board Member in PERDA, Penang State Museum, Chairman of Selectra Accord (M) Sdn Bhd, Deputy Chairman of Airport Limo (M) Sdn Bhd. He is also a Company Director of KSK REL Sdn Bhd and Airport Limo Holding Sdn Bhd. and also the Chairman for Yayasan Restu Foundation which printed the first Malaysia Mushaf Quran and also Multimedia Quran.

YBhg Dato' Haji Adzmi bin Ariffin, Director

Dato' Haji Adzmi is the CEO of JKP Sdn Bhd. He also sits as a Board Member in Bertam Properties Sdn Bhd,  Konsortium Barter Trade and Mutiara.Com Sdn. Bhd.  YBhg Dato' Adzmi also has vast experience on government sector and previously has served various government departments.

En. Muhamed Ali bin Hajah Mydin, Managing Director

He graduated from Hanyang University Seoul Korea in Bsc. of Electronic Engineering and completed a Master in IT from USM. He was attached to various multinational companies in Penang prior joining Mutiara Smart Computing Sdn Bhd. His last position is a Contract Manufacturing Management Manager in Agilent Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd. He is also an Advisor for Ministry of Trade and Industries in Kazakhstan in the field of ICT. Among his other achievements are; being the Youngest Engineer in Quantum to achieve Stock Option, been appointed as a panel for Perda Tech and the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan. He had also implemented the first metro-ethernet in Karachi, Pakistan and conducted the ICT status study in Kazakhstan for SMI/SME.

Pn Emelia binti Matrahah, Director

She has almost 18 years of financial and general management experience in banking services, information technology, telecommunication and manufacturing industries. She started her career with Pricewaterhouse (M) Sdn Bhd before serving the commercial industries like a privately owned German firm, Sapura Technology Berhad and I-CIMB Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of CIMB Group as its Chief Financial Officer before moving on to MIMOS Berhad (an agency under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation) to lead the Finance and Corporate Services Division. A postgraduate from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland in Accountancy and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants, her field of contribution includes formulation of business planning and strategy, fraud and debt recovery, project and risk management evaluation and reward management framework through balance scorecard.
